Our Story

Policoholic – the name of a platform, which is based on both offline and online domains. Policoholic first emancipated its journey on 2018, to stimulate the innate creative writing among the students of Social Sciences. With an ambition towards ‘democratization of knowledge’, it has been working relentlessly in order to create an online Bengali archive for the distinct disciplines of Social Sciences i.e. Political Science, Sociology, International Relations, Economics and accordingly.

Not only Policoholic focuses on Bengali terminology, but also publishes writings, articles on contemporary academic and practical issues. Furthermore, Policoholic extends special incentives for unleashing the creativity of Social Science faculty’s students in writing.

In the offline sphere, Policoholic arranges a regular session named ‘Policoholic Plenary’ with the spontaneous participation of authors and readers to identify the numerous complexities of society, state and also the solutions to those. Occasionally, Policoholic organizes signified workshops for developing the skills of its authors, readers and well-wishers.
